How to Connect FB Live to Live Session
You can connect your live session to Fusion. Once synced, the names of those who commented on the live and those who placed orders will appear. You can easily create product posts and invoices, streamlining the process and making your live selling much faster and more efficient.
Click Create New Stream > Facebook URL > Live Seller > Create

How to Go Live and Sync Live Comments
- Once you have created a live stream, click the dropdown, select Live Session, and then click Go Live.
- If
Go Liveis clicked, all comments from Facebook Live will also be reflected in the comments section of the Live Sessions.
How to Create Invoices for Customers Who Commented During the Live Session
- After the live session, click the Finalized Order Invoice button. A prompt will appear, and all customers who commented with a green basket before clicking Finalized will automatically have an invoice created.
